At RINZ Perfumes, we pride ourselves on secure and safe delivery operations across Pakistan. To protect you, we utilize Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method. You only hand over the cash when our trusted courier partners safely place the curated formulation box into your hands.
Order Verification & Dispatch
Before we prepare your order from our scent reservoirs, our customer outreach team conducts a security phone call or updates you on WhatsApp. Please note:
- Verification Call: Our dispatch agents verify order details via a short verification signal to minimize false orders.
- Tracking Sync: A direct courier reference tracking token is shared after packaging completes.
Eligible Shipping Regions
We dispatch daily shipments containing our high sillage extractions across Pakistan. Prominent destinations with dedicated courier express corridors include:
- Peshawar & Charsadda: Next-day priority delivery (24-48 Hours).
- Major Hubs: Peshawer, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, and Faisalabad (3-4 Working Days).
- Other Cities & District Regions: Delivered safely through TCS, Leopard, or TRAX partners (4-5 Working Days).
Courier Protocol & Unboxing Rules
According to nationwide cargo partner regulations (including TCS & Leopard), customers must fulfill the full Cash on Delivery amount before unsealing or opening the outer delivery box:
Our couriers are not authorized to allow open box inspections prior to transaction finalization. Should you report any breakage, leakage, or scent mismatch after payment, we will activate our premium Return Guarantee process with a replacement option.
