Exchanges & Claims Window
Once the courier agent delivers the package, we offer a prompt and stress-free evaluation period:
- 7-Day Evaluation: You have a full 7 days from the delivery date to claim any manufacturing errors, physical breakage, or leakage.
- Scent Swapping: Not pleased with the fragrance note path? We support swaps to another formulation within our store, provided the level has not decreased significantly below the initial test tier.
Eligible Return Criteria
To keep our boutique craft clean and safe, returned packages must fulfill these straightforward conditions:
- The perfume atomization node should not be damaged or altered.
- The custom perfume case, lid, packaging wrapper, and accompanying card must be returned in their original luxurious boxes.
- Scent formulations must not show more than initial test sprays (meaning the bottle must be at least 95% full).
- Return request coordinates must match the phone number or registered address in the database registry.
How to Process a Refund or Swap
Initiating your Return Guarantee is fast and simple. There are no redundant forms:
Simply snap 2-3 brief photos or write a short description in a WhatsApp message to our concierge hotline (+92 313 9542344). Once verified, you can dispatch the item back to our primary Peshawar distribution location, after which we will immediately release your replacement or trigger your bank refund receipt.
