Scope of Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and purchase of handcrafted extrait de parfum, oud extractions, and fragrance creations from RINZ Fragrance House through our digital boutique (rinzperfume.store). By placing an order, whether via online checkout, Cash on Delivery, or authorized digital channels, you consent unconditionally to the terms outlined below.
Order Placement & COD Verification
All orders placed on RINZ are subject to inventory confirmation and delivery verification. For Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions, our logistics team reserves the right to contact the purchaser via phone or WhatsApp verification prior to dispatch. Providing an inaccurate phone number or physical address may result in automatic cancellation of the order.
Artisanal Formulations & Batch Variations
RINZ perfumes are compounded using high concentrations of natural botanical oils, aged resins, and rare oud essences. Because raw harvests vary naturally by season and climate, subtle shifts in scent maturation, color depth, or projection over time are hallmarks of genuine perfumery and do not represent manufacturing defects.
Pricing, Currency & Shipping Charges
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable packaging standards. Standard courier delivery across Pakistan is charged at a flat rate of PKR 250, with orders exceeding PKR 3,000 qualifying for complimentary standard delivery. Cash on Delivery transactions are subject to a nominal courier handling fee of PKR 150. All charges are transparently summarized before final order submission.
Damages, Exchanges & Refunds
We stand behind the physical condition of every flacon dispatched from our Peshawar workshop. If an item arrives broken, leaking, or damaged during courier transit, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Skin Sensitivity & Allergen Guidance
Fragrance concentrates contain natural botanical extracts and aroma molecules. We advise clients with known sensitivities to perform a patch test on the inner wrist prior to extensive application. RINZ Fragrance House accepts no liability for individual allergic reactions resulting from personal predispositions to specific aromatic compounds.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed in all respects by the substantive laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute or claim arising from or related to purchases made on this website shall fall under the jurisdiction of the commercial courts in Peshawar, Pakistan.
